Vision is an android character featured in the Marvel Cinematic Universe. He first appeared in Avengers: Age of Ultron.

Initially created by the artificial intelligence Ultron as a synthetic body, Vision's development was interrupted by the Avengers. They uploaded the remnants of J.A.R.V.I.S., Tony Stark's former AI assistant, into the body. This, combined with the power of the Mind Stone embedded in his forehead, gave birth to Vision.

Vision is portrayed as possessing immense strength, speed, and the ability to alter his density. He wields the power of the Mind Stone to project energy beams. He is portrayed as being very intelligent with a calm demeanor that often contrasts with the more impulsive Avengers.
